Apple Pencil not working, connected and charged

My apple pencil shows it's connected and it's charged but it worked. I can't feel the haptics. I didn't drop the pencil either. I turned off bluetooth, reset my ipad, reset network settings, I don't know what to do. I am unable to write my notes. It was working fine a few hrs ago.
