Not from Apple. The ECG function is considered a medical device and requires government approval for it to function on an Watch.

The child's doctor doesn't have a recommendation for a device?

you can sugges they make one using their feedback channel though

though I suspect children health feature may be a more difficult train to navigate for civiel products
