Looking for Paint-like software for Mac

Or said another way, you didn't even try them.
I did try some of them. I even have MS Paint open in Windows 11 right now so I can compare.
LazPaint - a free, but weak app.
Pinta - another free, but weak app.
Krita - More features, more tools and lots of brush shapes. Better than MS Paint is essentially every way, and free. What else could you possibly want?

You're welcome. If you want some kind of advice it would help if you could specify what features of MS Paint you are looking for. Especially since the majority of the users here don't use MS Paint, or Windows for that matter.

You mean the one that basically started out as an imitation of the original MacPaint? (Although it is now fancier than that. It has support for layers and even some AI features, though I suspect that the AI features cost money should you wish to keep using them.)
Could you be a little more specific as to what you are looking for? There are dozens of graphics apps for the Mac.
