iPhone Screen shown only partially

Hi

My iPhone 16 shows only the bottom quarter (or a bit less) of the screen. I even cannot enter the security code. It looks as though the iPhone wants to serve a iPad screen. I cannot even do a restart, because I cannot switch it of. The ruler is out of reach. Help is appreciated.
