Watch asks for my Apple ID Password but the screen is blank. It doesn’t show the keys. How do I make the keyboard show on the watch?

Did you try to force restart by pressing and holding the Digital Crown and the Side button together for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?
You can also try to type the Apple Account password on the keyboard on your iPhone.
Make sure that on your iPhone in Settings/Notifications/Apple Watch keyboard is enabled.
Then bring your iPhone near the Apple Watch. When the watch asks for the Apple Account password, you should get a message on your iPhone, asking, if you want to use the iOS keyboard to type the password and send it to the Apple Watch.
I'm afraid, the 2nd gen. Apple Watch SE also does not support the keyboard.
But you can download a 3rd party app, for example FlickType, to get the option to type on your Apple Watch SE.
