I can’t update my billing information.

i use mobile billing and whenever I tried purchasing something a notification always pops up and say “ edit your billing information “ which I’ve done multiple times already, and it still won’t work???? I really need help I couldn’t purchase anything lately.

Mobile billing works through your carrier. Contact them about the problems. It could be that the payment method you set up with them is no longer working.

It sounds like there is a problem with your current billing method. Try replacing it with a different card or payment method. The link below goes into more detail. You may also want to check with your current credit card company since they are the ones who determine approval or disapproval.

If you live in the U.S. try going the USPS website->zip code lookup->type in your address and the system will respond with what the USPS considers your official address to be. Copy it down word for word, period to period, abbreviation to abbreviation and use that to update your billing address. That’s what I had to do finally resolve my own issue.
