If you "have tried every possible thing" as you describe, there is nothing else to try. 🙂
Begin by removing the iPad from the Combo Keyboard - and carefully/gently clean the smart connector contacts on both the iPad and keyboard with a soft pencil eraser (a drafting-film eraser is ideal). Ensure that the contacts on both iPad and keyboard are dirt and dust free - and all debris from the eraser have been removed - before reconnecting the two.
This support page is intended for the Apple Magic Keyboard - but given its technical similarities, may still be useful with working through troubleshooting:
If the problem persists, you might be best advised to seek assistance directly from Logitech Support.

I presume you've contacted Logitech? It's their product, and while Apple may introduce a later update to fix whatever it broke, it may not be Apple's fault at all. It's up to vendors to test their software against beta releases to see if anything needs to be updated on their end to ensure their software continues to function. Apple cannot possibly test millions of third party software titles and hardware products.
And Logitech seems to be in one of their down periods of time where even their own software doesn't recognize their own products. Like a simple Logitech M330. I had this exchange via email with them a few months ago. The only difference is we now have both Macs on Tahoe.
---------------------------------------------------------------
We have an M2 Pro mini, and an M4 Pro mini. Both running macOS Sequoia 15.6.1. In all cases, our older M330 mice work as expected. The new M330 isn’t even recognized by your software.
The older mouse shows this when launching Logi Options:
Immediately recognized and configurable. With nothing changed, I swap out the USB IR plug and mouse, then run Logi Options again. It then shows this:
Despite the message, the newer mouse is partially recognized and does at least work as far as the left and right buttons and scroll wheel. But since the mouse isn’t detected, you can’t assign the scroll wheel button at all. Without the software installed, the scroll wheel stops working (for either the old or new mouse).
1. Since the Logi Options screen prompts you to install Options+, I also uninstalled Logi Option and installed Options+. No difference. The older M330 works as expected, the newer M330 isn’t recognized.
2. Used EasyFind to search absolutely everywhere on the drive and deleted anything to do with Logitech’s software. Restarted the Mac(s) and reinstalled Logi Options 12.26.49. No difference. Old works, new doesn’t.
3. Created a new user account to see if other third party software under the normal account was somehow causing the problem. Still no difference. Old works, new doesn’t.
This seems unlikely to be an issue between macOS and Logitech’s software, or it wouldn’t/shouldn’t work with either the old or new mouse. Though I did try a Logi M310 I keep around as a backup device. It also isn’t recognized by your software.
I went back to Amazon where I bought this mouse (and have already sent one back). link redacted This is the same seller link I used to purchase the older M330 mice we have that do work. But the new mouse is not the same.
Then the question becomes, has Logitech started making this mouse so much more cheaply that it no longer works?
There are a lot of differences between our older M330s and the new one.
1. The older mice have a soft rubber/silicone lower half. The new one is hard plastic.
2. For the new mouse, the box shows the serial number as 2514LV63MTN9. The number in the mouse itself says 2514LV63MTN8.
3. The part numbers are different. Old mouse, M-R0051, made in China. New mouse, MR0112, made in Vietnam.
4. The M330 designation between the two bottom front pads. Old mouse has the Unifying logo after it. The new mouse does not.
5. There is no green/red LED on the top of the new mouse. But that does seem to be the case per the photos of the M330 on Logitech’s own site.
6. The On/Off switch on the new mouse does not have the red/green indicator under the slider switch.
7. The On/Off switch is not in the same location.
Is the M330 now just so poorly made your own software doesn’t recognize it?
I spoke with Logitech Support and he told me what to do, but nothing helped. The problem appeared after the last update.
