Apple’s Photo App Tutorial for iPad?

Photos - Is there a tutorial or document on how to use Apple’s Photos? Or how Photos works? Using an iPad M4 Pro at 18.7.3 and latest version of Photos.

Photos IMO, has without a doubt, one of the worst UIs I have ever been subjected to.

Better yet, is there a better App on the App store that can replace Photos?
