QR code-like square appears around cursor in Safari on Mac

Weird square around my cursor. I opened up my Mac the other day and for some reason in Safari when I hove over a hyperlink, I get this weird square with writing in it. Looks a little like a QR code. Does anyone know what it is, or how to get rid of it?
