Help unlocking a locked account

You have posted your email address on a public forum, visited by millions of people from all around the world. NEVER post personal details on a public forum. I have asked the Moderators to remove your email address for your protection.

It's not clear what what exactly you are trying to do? Why are you trying to reset the password for someone else? Please provide complete details about what you're trying to accomplish.

That was not an option to unlock the account, it was an option to reset the Password for the account. In order to reset the Password, you will need to enter the current Password to proceed.

So, please tell us bottom line.....did your friend forget their Password to their Apple Account?
