Recently my Tmobile/TLife app has been crashing or won't open at all, it is the only app that is doing this. I've done all the checks, have enough storage, no vpn, updated software, offloaded it, deleted, re installed it and even taken it to the store and noone is able to help. Has this happened to anyone else? I have a iphone 16 pro.

This is an issue you'll need to bring to the attention of T-Mobile. Apple has no control over their app in any way.
Have you deleted the app, restarted your iPhone and then downloaded and installed a fresh copy from the Apple App Store?
Apple can't help you with that. That's T-Mobile's app problem. Try updating the app through the App Store, and update your iPhone to that latest iOS. If that doesn't help contact T-Mobile.
