iPad Pro max m5 no shutter in video to take photos

ipad pro max m5 does not show shutter while takibg video I have tried live tech support they keep asking same question regarding installing as anew iOS while it is already new device by erasing the iOS and keeping back up will be the same

I asked them to get engineer to look and fix the iOS version to update to include shutter in the video

I have been refused to get edit to look into this while videos almost 2 hours to fix and seems they tried on their I pad and could not see why they can not see the shutter also

also if anyone has the problem need to escalate and get Apple to fix this issue rather than making owners of iPad to get all this fixing done over phone and don’t accomplish anything and waste so much time
