Why does iTunes freeze when I use a different set of speakers?

I'm using Windows 11, everything is up to date. I have 2 bluetooth speakers, on is a Logitech Z207 and the other is a JBL Authentics 200.

When I launch iTunes using the Logitech speakers, everything works fine, no issues at all. But if I close iTunes, switch to the JBL and then relaunch iTunes, the app will stop responding after about 5 seconds of running. I can even play a first song but once it's done it won't continue to the next and I have to go into task manager and end the task from there because iTunes doesn't respond at all.
