Hello. I had two in-app purchases that were pending. I requested a refund and the refunds were approved on January 15, 2026 (status shows “Refunded”).
However, my Apple ID still shows an unpaid balance / billing issue for 17 days.
Please clear the due balance and remove the billing restriction.

Doesn't really seem to be the issue here --> "However, my Apple ID still shows an unpaid balance / billing issue for 17 days."
There seem to be two issues here, a granted refund but yet no money received and as a result the pending payment for the In-App purchases.
