Apple Podcast Connect is not allowing me to Claim my existing podcast

I'm trying to claim my podcast. We're now in Season 6. I tried to post today and aparently there's a new Apple Podcast Connect program. The main page is stuck with the loading graphics. The instructions say go to Account - Details, but it only gives me the loading icon. I've attached both images. How can I get past them step?
