When will we finally see more than just two iPhone modes (Ring and Silent)? Or when will it be possible to customize the Ring mode so that only incoming calls have sound, while all other notifications stay silent? When is this coming?

No one in this user-to-user forum can answer that question. However, you can do what you want with Settings/Notifications by turning off notification sounds, or with Do Not Disturb by enabling all calls and no notifications. So I guess the answer to your question is “10 years ago"
