Apple parental controls: iOS and Android co-management?

I have an iphone and am planning to set up a parental control on an iphone for my daughter. However, her father also wants to be able to manage her usage but he has an android phone. Is it possible to set this up for both parents to use Apple parental control or do I need to use a third party app?
