A. Turn Off ALL VPNs:

Are you using a VPN here? IF so, delete them.

B. Time to Upgrade to a New iPhone:

You are using an extremely-old phone (iPhone 7 Plus). That being so, you may need to check for compatibly for your iOS.

C. Seek Assistance form the School's Web Master:

Check with the Web Master, as they are the one who manages the network for the school.

D. Don't Use Safari:

Picky though it seems, some sites don't like Safari --and Blackboard has a reputation for that. Google Chrome might be better. Get it Here: Google Chrome App - App Store

E. Clear Space Look into clearing space, as that can stall an iPhone, too.

Maintaining iPhone Storage:
