Can’t see one child’s screen time and activity on new parent phone with new family sharing activated.

I got a New parent phone(iPhone 17 pro), and set up new family sharing and had my children transferred to my new family sharing, and my child under 13 isn’t showing properly on screen time. I cannot see any “apps” to restrict and Location can’t be shared even when toggled on (it grays back out), and no screen time is reported even though it shows on her devices. It’s like the account that’s added isn’t the real account. All of the information is showing on her devices, her app restrictions are still in place from before and screen time is recording for her but nothing I showing on my end. Both phones are up to date and have been restarted. I’ve toggled sharing across devices on and off and tried reinventing her to the family but it tells her she is already in the family. Her sisters account (14 yr old) transferred properly and easily and everything works.
