How to move Logic Pro sounds from internal to external SSD

im looking for some help with my new copy of Logic Pro I bought it a few weeks ago at the 11.2 version.its had its update now with that came trouble with my external ssd kicking all my sounds onto my iNTERNAL ssd and ive had 3 10 or 11 hour sessions with copilot trying to help and its more than stretched my patents,i just need good advice on how to get my sounds off my internal memory and back to external ssd.im back to 1.99TB.thnks
