Zagg keyboard not working on iPad Pro M4 after iPadOS 26.2

Greetings! I’m having an issue with my iPad Pro 11” (M4) connecting to a Zagg ProKeys Connect keyboard case. At first everything was fine, the. The connection became intermittent and erratic. Now none of the keys work on the iPad. I can change the background key color just fine, but no key taps transfer to the iPad.

This worked before I updated to iPadOS 26.2 the. 26.2.1.

i already reported this to Zagg and have a warranty replacement that has started malfunctioning in a similar manner.

Does anyone have a potential solution for this outside of changing keyboard vendors?
