Can't change country/region back to original.

Hello, in 2024 I changed my country/region for my apple account to Singapore and create a Billing Address that is also set to Singapore with random numbers on it to download some apps that aren't available in my country. At that time I thought it wasn't a big deal so I started switching to Vietnam and then Singapore again repeatedly until the change country/region option that was in the Account section in the app store disappeared. I thought that option will return after some time but its been a very very long time now and it still haven't came back. I didn't buy anything or purchase anything in this account and I also deleted all the apps that I downloaded in the country, but nothing worked. I did contact Apple and they told me that my account was underage in Singapore so I have to wait till I'm 16 to change it back, but at the time before this all happened, the country/region option was still there when I switched to Singapore. Now I am very desperate and doesn't know what to do, I really need to change back to my country. Perhaps I've done something bad so my account is now locked maybe?

I think if your account had been locked it would say so clearly.

As for having done something bad, then probably. Apple's stores are intended to only be used by actual residents of that country. --> Legal - Apple Media Services - Apple

- A. ”Our Services are available for your use in your country of residence (“Home Country”). By creating an account for use of the Services in a particular country or territory you are specifying it as your Home Country. Apple appears to have a policy of one person, one account, one country. Many users would like to be able to download content that is not available in their country but it is clear Apple's system is design to dissuade that. However, I think if Apple had picked up on what you were doing then they might well have locked your account.

I have not seen any recent mention of a time limit for actual country change (I seem to remember maybe 10+ years ago there was mention of a 90 days wait time). It is not something that is easy to do though and may entail an actual wait time for the purpose of purchases and re-downloads. Refer to this support article about that message —> View and remove your devices that are associated with your Apple Account for purchases - Apple Support

‘When you try to associate a device that was previously associated, you might notice a message that says, “This device is associated with another Apple Account. You cannot associate this device with another Apple Account for [number] days.” You might need to wait up to 90 days to associate the device with a different Apple Account.’
