Unable to sign in to my apple account on my iPhone/ any apple devices for over 2 months!
I have been unable to sign into my apple account on my iPhone/any other apple phone devices for over 2 months. Every time I try it saying error or verification failed. The only place I can sign into is on the computer on a web browser. It's been almost 2 months of repeatedly addressing my issue to several different apple advisors as the case keeps getting taken over by different people every time I call Apple for an update. It seems like i have to constantly explain it to every different person each time from the start. I am also paying for iCloud that i haven't been able to use. I expect to be compensated for the very long inconvenience and the unsolved issue. i dont even know what to do. They said the issue has been escalated to the engineer team - whom you cannot talk to and their updates haven't gotten anywhere. For the update you have to wait 3-5 days expecting a solution and yet its just like a whole cycle again and again. I dont know what to do.
