There seems to be a bug in the latest OS X update Tahoe 26.2: In the Finder window, some documents are shown as folders, when they clearly are not, but then if you scroll past them and return, they sometimes magically appear with the correct icon. Seems to happen mostly with pdf and epub files, especially if they're tagged.
Is there a solution for this? Perhaps this gets addressed in the next update...
