Apple Music playlists not syncing from MacBook to iPhone

I used my MacBook to create playlists in apple music under a family plan. Every now and then I create a playlist on the MacBook that does not appear on my iPhone, while all the others are there. What are the "Cloud Status" or "Kind" of files that prohibit the sync of playlists between a map and iPhone?
