Music app functions not working

Since the upgrade to macOS Tahoe, the 'play next' option in the Music app no longer functions.

I have all of my sheet music loaded into my iMac (Retina 5K, 27”, 2020)(Tahoe 26.2) which is connected to a Komplete Kontrol S88 midi controller. Previously I would play a music track through the Music app and then play with it on the keyboard of the controller. I could create a list using the play next option (or play last), selecting either one song, multiples, or even the whole album.

These options no longer do anything when selected. Further, if I click the play triangle on a specific song, it adds the entire album to the playlist and begins playing from the beginning. There appears to be no options to change any settings in the Music app (or the System Settings that I can find). I can find no solutions to this problem.

Are these bugs in the Tahoe macOS? Or something else?

A3. Indeed, it sounds like a bug. So, along with device updates, try reinstalling the macOS.

How to Reinstall the macOS:

Nothing would be deleted. It's just that items that have become corrupted or deleted, would be replaced or reinstalled back to where they should be. Go Here: How to reinstall macOS from macOS Recovery - Apple SupportImportant: Be certain to create a backup of your Mac prior to performing the reinstall. That way, you can have something to restore from the Mac from, should anything go wrong with the reinstall. Once reinstalled, try this once more, seeing if you still get this error.
