iCloud files are uploaded from PC and not syncing with iOS devices

Hi,

I'm not able to access all files properly through iCloud. I've been facing this issue for about 2-3 months now. I use a 17 pro, iPad pro and a windows PC. Files uploaded from the iOS devices are synced properly. But the files uploaded from the PC (through the iCloud folder) are not synced. This all used to work very well for the past 2 years. Is there a way to reset the iCloud drive? Or do I need to update some drivers?
