2022 MacBook Pro charging ports stopped recognizing charger

My 2022 macbook pro's charging ports stopped picking up the connection to the charger and eventually lost its charge. Computer was functioning fine beforehand, battery health was normal.

And according to the apple store, there's no water damage. Is there a good chance that this is just an IO board replacement issue and the whole logic board doesn't need to be replaced? While much of my data is backed up, I didn't have my current projects backed up yet. 🤦🏾‍♀️

It would seem Apple should be able to answer that question ... not arm chair speculation from a distance.

2022 can it not charge direct to any USBC ports, ...(?)
