Has anyone else experienced their iPhone after the update get hot really fast, glitch when you are trying to open or are on the app or jus overall not want to work properly? I’ve tried restarting it letting it sit to cool down before trying to use it again but it still gets super hot super fast (I have an iPhone 11)

That's a clue. The iPhone 11 was discontinued in Sept 2022, so the battery has been at it for 3+ years, and possibly much longer depending on when you purchased the phone.
It's worth having the battery checked at the Genius Bar / Apple Store or at an authorized Apple service shop. You can find a list of authorized shops in your area using this link:
The shop can also check for other sources of the heat. A bad motherboard, for example.
With luck, you'll be able to get a few more months from the battery.
