iTunes Macbook and iPhone backup

Hi there,

I've just started with Macbook. I use iPhone, apple watch, many iPod ... real Apple fan.

I would like to install iTunes to run a backup of my iPhone but I can't find the iTunes version for Tahoe 22.6. Can any of you help me?
