Viewing transactions after the a debit card is removed from Wallet

If my Apple wallet was used during a fraud incident and I had a card in my wallet that was deleted. Now I need proof of the transactions on the card but I don’t see the transaction anymore because the card was deleted from my wallet. What do I do? Who do I call to try and obtain a record of that fraud transaction

Second question, Does Apple wallet mask someone else's identity under mine when I add a debit card to my wallet? Because when I added this particular debit card into my wallet, Apple wallet did not ask for the name on the card, just the card number, expiration date, and CVV code.

Contact your bank or card issuer to get your card's transaction statement.

Or use the card issuer's or bank's app.

No. When you add a card to Wallet, your iPhone encrypts the card information and sends it to your Bank, your bank then verifies the card and approves or denies the addition to wallet app. Some issuers require verification through their app others don't.

Apple does not ever see any data related to your card nor does it change it or mask it in any way.

When a payment is made using Apple Pay an encrypted payment token is made on your iPhone and sent via NFC to the merchant’s terminal. The transaction details are then sent theough the merchant’s credit card processor, re-encrypted and sent to the Payment Network Operator (Visa, Mastercard, American Express etc.) and then to your bank. Both the PNO and bank must approve the transaction. The bank then sends approval or decline back to the merchant’s terminal. Transaction details may be added by the bank to your Wallet.

Apple and the merchant do not have access to any of the encrypted data.

I’m not sure what you mean by masking an identity. Both the PNO and the bank know your name. Neither Apple nor the merchant need your name, unless the merchant is shipping the merchandise. Then the information in your Wallet & Apple Pay settings is used or if an online transaction, purchaser may need to fill in shipping information in an online form.

Let me re-ask the question a different way. If I put my someone else's debit card info into my apple wallet. Can I now go to their bank and deposit/withdrawal money using the atm and my iphone/wallet? So my name is on the actual Apple wallet because it is from my iphone despite their debit card having a completely different name than mine, I can still use it at their bank?
