MacBook Pro microphone not working on Windows 10

Hello Everyone, I'm running Windows 10 on Mac Book Pro 2017 A1707, the speakers work fine but I cant get the microphone to work. Any advice would be great been looking for several hours- please see device manager below

2020 MacOS refuses to recognize mic My MacOS used to have no issues with using my headphones mic, but all of a sudden it doesn't recognize it. Plugging in my headphones again and going into the mic settings, the settings refuse to recognize my headphones, the only mic option being the mic built into the Mac. I have a recording session in 2 days and my build in mic won't be good at all, how do I fix this?
