iPhone 17 low light camera bug - iOS 26.2.1

Hey I purchased a new iPhone a few days ago. While taking an image in the night I realized my camera is producing really blurry and/or pixelated, and out of focus images.

I tried to test this again today. Sharing a video below. What happened: I started recording my cat in low light. The video was pixelated and blurry. Then I pulled the camera up and video was the same. Then suddenly the video got better.

This didn’t happen in my iPhone 16 (on iOS 26.2.1) - I am wondering if this is a hardware glitch or just software?
