I am able to change between the basic calculator and the convert for currency conversion on my iPhone. I have the calculator complication on my watch but can’t change this from basic to convert. Please help.

That function does not seem to be available for the Watch Calculator according to the Apple Support page. Unfortunately, I do not see anything like that available in the list of apps for the Apple Watch, either. Maybe someone else will have a better answer.
