Do you mean the password to your Gmail account? If yes, contact Google about that. If you mean your Apple Account using your Gmail address then you need to be specific. If you are signed into this forum using the same Apple Account then your browser may be configured to automatically enter your password. You should be able to view stored passwords in your browser's preferences/settings.
Realize that Apple ecosystem is designed for users to have one account and it is set to the country where you are resident. If you move to a different country then you change country settings on that one account. If you find you cannot gets apps that you had in your old country, that's something you have to live with. Using a two account workaround might work but you will find there are complications that Apple won't accommodate since it is not intended that anybody do things that way.
