Without admin rights, you cannot change the configuration to see protected system logs on macOS 15 Sequoia.

Rooting around in Console logs used to be mode to Trouble Shot computer issues back in OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard
Ever since that time, looking in the Console Logs is a waste of time
Most of what would appear in the log files, are basically Software Engineers taking to each other in language only they may understand
