Hello Apple Support,
My App Store payments are currently blocked after multiple payment attempts. I believe this is a temporary security restriction.
I would like to confirm that there is no outstanding balance on my Apple ID and kindly ask if you could review and remove the payment block so I can complete my purchase.
Please let me know if you need any additional information from my side.
