How to remove Shortcuts on iPad?

Does anyone know how to remove shortcuts on the iPad I have a 5th generation iPad if that helps there is no x on the top of the shortcut I’m confuzzled (don’t mind the short cuts namesand It doesn’t work even when I hold one of the apps
