Airtel Apple Music expired, code limit error

Hello Apple Support,


I am using the same Apple ID that I have always used. I received Apple Music as a benefit through Airtel, and Airtel Thanks shows my Apple Music as active until 24 Apr 2026.


However, in my Apple ID → Subscriptions, Apple Music shows as “Expired.” When I try to recover or activate it, I get an error saying: “Your code limit has been reached. You have already redeemed the maximum number of these codes per Apple Account.”


I am not trying to redeem multiple times — I just want my existing Airtel Apple Music benefit to be linked to my current Apple ID. Please check if this can be manually linked or resolved on your side without requiring me to change my Apple ID.
