Attention awareness not working after IOS 26.2.1 installed

I have downloaded the iOS 26.2.1 and now my attention aware is not recognizing that I’m looking at the phone in the phone dims within 10 to 15 seconds and then locks at 30 seconds. Volume works fine. Yes I did pack up the phone. Now the phone is not jailbroken. Screen Distance is off. I do have an iPhone 14 Pro Max. Yes I do have plenty of upgrading, but I’m not ready for another few months. No I do not have AppleCare so I’m trying to figure this out basically on my own. I’ve done a hard reset and still it’s doing the same problem. I just read an article that Apple is restricting us and not allowing you to downgrade from iOS 26.2.1 to iOS 26.2 because they don’t have the signing for it anymore. Article basically said we have to deal with the problem until the new update comes out. Is anybody else having this issue? There is so many other bugs that is going on with iOS 26.2.1
