Cant purchase or even view purchased movies/shows

you don't mention how / what device you attempt this on

what happen when you start the appletv app and go to library and click on one of the purchases you made?

I have tried this morning to purchase a film through my iPhone, iPad, Apple TV and iMac. It’s not giving purchase options just saying you can add the movie to a watchlist or it’s trying to direct to a streaming service where the film is presumably included. Very odd. If I click on a purchased movie I’m getting the same options.
