iOS runs on iPhones. Macs run macOS.
If you mean macOS 12 Monterey and macOS 13 Ventura, then in most cases apps that work on Monterey should continue to work fine on Ventura. but of course there's no guarantee it will work 100% as its very much app dependent.
If the app for some reasons does not work on Ventura, you would need to contact the developer for an update to it that does work on Ventura.
