Apple Developer Program enrollment payment keeps failing

I’ve been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for about 4 months, but I’m stuck because the payment/enrollment keeps failing.


  • Enrollment/payment fails during the signup flow (error: [paste exact error message / code]).
  • Apple Developer Support asked me to resubmit enrollment using the Apple Developer app, but it still doesn’t work.


What I already tried

Different card / verified billing details

Different device (iPhone + Mac)

Different network (Wi-Fi / cellular)

Logged out/in, restarted, updated OS/app

Still fails

What I need help with

Has anyone had this issue recently?

Is there a way to reset/clear the enrollment state on Apple’s side and try again from scratch?

Any known fixes for this specific error code?

Any alternative way to complete enrollment if the app loop doesn’t resolve it?
