Doc Season Pass episode redirects to Hulu signup
I have a Season Pass of Doc and it shows a new episode for Season 2, and when I go to click on it, I am being directed to signup for Hulu.

Possibly the new episode was up on Hulu before it was up on the Store. Then that might confuse the Apple TV app to what your preferred content provider option was.
Try selecting the episode description, but not through Up Next/Continue Watching. (Thus through e.g. your Library or through Search.) Then scroll down on the episode details page to How to Watch, and select your preferred (tv Store/Season Pass) option there.
