Reminder issues on icloud.com and others

I am experiencing a persistent, recurring bug with Apple Reminders across my devices and iCloud.com. I’m looking for advice before I resort to a third-party app.


The Issues:

  1. Mass Completion Bug: On three separate occasions, all of my active reminders were unexpectedly marked as "Completed" simultaneously. I manually uncheck them, but the issue recurs a few days later.
  2. iCloud.com Loading Failure: The Reminders app on iCloud.com will not load on my work PC (Chrome and Edge). It remains stuck on a loading spinner indefinitely, even in Incognito/InPrivate modes.


What I’ve Done So Far:

  • Database Cleanup: Thinking a large database was the cause, I deleted all completed reminders older than one year (reducing the count from 6,000+).
  • Sync Check: Changes synced correctly between my MacBook Air and iPhone. My new Smart Lists and reduced "Completed" counts match on both devices.
  • Beta Software: I am running the latest betas on both my iPhone and MacBook. This issue has persisted across several beta iterations.


The Dilemma:

Apple Support has requested that I uninstall the betas on both devices to troubleshoot further. Given the time commitment required for a rollback, I am skeptical that the device betas are causing the loading failure on a web browser (iCloud.com).


Does anyone have suggestions to stop the "auto-completion" bug or fix the iCloud.com loading issue without rolling back my OS?
