Logic 12 crashes when flattening audio track stack

I've noticed it on several projects, it doesn't happen to all of the stacks, but once the track stack starts crashing the logic it's reliably reproducible.

Definitely started happening on 12, both on new projects and projects created with 11.2.

I have that issue too. And it crashes when I interact with the mouse on an audio track or audio stack on right click. The only workaround is not to perform a right click or other buggy functions on a track that contains audio. It seems that several operations on an audio track are buggy. As soon as the function crashed Logic, it happens continuously on every new and old project, on any track that contains audio.

Midi tracks do not have this particular problem.

At the moment these bugs make Logic 12.0.1 unusable for production. The workaround involves strict avoidance of the buggy functions, because it crashes immediately, and as human you can’t always avoid such basic interactions that you are used to in the workflow.
