Safari won't open any websites after I just updated to Catalina 10.15.8, I'm on a really old iMac 21.5 inch, late 2013. Could someone help me as I can't afford a new computer right now. Thank You.

Thank you brbo, this Catalina 10.15.8 update has made other apps on my computer buggie too. My Apple Mail would not receive or display my emails from multiple accounts. A restart did not fix the problem, but a hard shut down and restart did fix both problems and now Safari and Apple Mail work OK. I am going to be leery in the future of doing these types of updates on really old Mac's.

There are many possible causes for the issue you describe ... finding the right cause may help solve it.
Eg: You might want to check whether your Mac has enough free memory / stoage space:
A Mac needs at least 50 Gb free for your Operating System to work smoothly. (ie: not iCloud storage)
