Printer Presets Don’t Reset “Pages per Sheet”

I have two custom printer presets: one with “Pages per Sheet” set to 2, and another with “Pages per Sheet” set to 1 (default). When I select the 2-up preset, it prints correctly. However, if I later switch to the 1-up preset, the 2-up setting remains in effect, so I have to manually change “Pages per Sheet” back to 1 each time. This is quite annoying—has anyone seen this behavior or found a fix?
