Locked iPhone after updating the software

So this is a second-hand iPhone that you bought from a "Frnd", and it is Activation Locked? To somene other than you, perhaps? If so, ask your "Frnd" to temporarily take the phone back to properly prepare it for a new owner – or to refund your money, if you safely can.

activation lock is not a thing on the iphone it's a theft protection on apples servers
