iOS 26.2.1 Video Playback Frozen Frame

I updated my iPhone 17 Pro from iOS 26.2 to iOS 26.2.1 a couple of days ago, and since then I have noticed an occasional playback issue when watching videos. The audio keeps playing normally, but the video itself freezes on a single frame and does not resume unless I close and reopen the app. I have only seen this happen in Instagram and YouTube, usually at the beginning of an Instagram reel or right after a YouTube advertisement finishes and the main video starts. It could be a problem with the applications themselves, but I have never had this kind of playback failure in either app before, and both showing the same behavior on the same day makes me think it may be related to the operating system update. The issue is not constant, yet it happens often enough to interrupt regular use, so I wanted to ask if anyone else has experienced something similar or found a reliable fix.
